Privacy policy

We try to keep this short. Mr. Bets collects only what we need to run the product and stores it for only as long as we need it.

What we collect

• Account data: email address, hashed password, display name, role.
• Subscription data: plan, status, last 4 of card and billing country (from Stripe — we do not store full card data).
• Usage data: pages visited, tools opened, anonymized events to debug and improve the product.
• Bet tracker data: the bets you choose to log, including stake, odds, and result.

How we use it

• Authenticate you and authorize access to paid features.
• Provide the analytics, planner, and tracker functionality you requested.
• Communicate about your account, model updates, and (if you opted in) product news.
• Debug crashes and improve features.

Who we share it with

We share data with the following categories of subprocessors, each under contract to process data only on our behalf:

• Stripe for billing.
• Hosting and email infrastructure providers.
• Analytics for anonymized usage statistics.

We never sell or rent personal data to third parties.

How long we keep it

Canceling a paid subscription does not delete your account. If you cancel your subscription but keep your account open, we retain your account and bet tracker data so you can continue to access your account and manage your information. Anonymized usage data that is no longer connected to your account may be retained for up to 12 months.

When you request account deletion, we promptly remove personal account, profile, and bet tracker data. We retain only the minimal deletion-lifecycle evidence needed to complete cleanup, prevent accidental account recreation, and confirm or audit the deletion. We purge completed deletion evidence as soon as it is no longer needed and normally no later than 30 days after the request. If a provider outage delays final authentication or file cleanup, the minimum identifiers needed to finish that deletion are retained only until cleanup succeeds; they are not used for product, analytics, or marketing purposes.

Your rights

You can export your bet tracker history as CSV. Account deletion is separate from canceling a subscription. You can request account deletion from the Account screen in the Mr. Bets iOS app or by contacting us at privacy@mrbets.app.

Cookies

We use cookies for authentication and to remember your sidebar / theme preferences. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.
