Need help with the free app, your account, or an ad-removal purchase? Start here, then contact support if you need a hand.
Account access
Use the sign-in screen in the iOS app to request a magic link or reset your password. If the email does not arrive, check spam and make sure the address matches your Mr. Bets account.
Free app access
All app features are free with an account, supported by ads. No subscription or Whop membership is needed. If you still see an old Pro screen, check for an app update and contact support with your app version.
Remove ads or restore a purchase
Open Account → Remove Ads for the optional one-time lifetime purchase and its current local price. To restore, sign in with the Mr. Bets account used for the purchase and the same Apple ID, then tap Restore Purchases. Ad removal does not change feature access.
Existing customers & legacy billing
Eligible existing paying customers were granted lifetime ad removal. This does not automatically cancel an old Apple or Stripe subscription. Manage Apple renewals in your Apple ID subscription settings. For legacy web charges or a missing ad-free grant, contact support before making another purchase.
Ads & privacy choices
Available consent settings are in Account → Ad Privacy Choices. To report an ad, use Report an Ad in the app or email support with the time and a description. Avoid including private account or payment details in screenshots.
Tracker data
The tracker is for personal paper tracking. Mr. Bets does not place wagers, transfer funds, or connect to sportsbook accounts.
Responsible use
Use Mr. Bets as an analytics tool, keep stake sizes within your means, and stop if betting no longer feels recreational.
