Terms of service

These terms govern your use of the Mr. Bets website and applications (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to them.

1. The Service

Mr. Bets is an analytics platform. We provide statistical models, market odds aggregation, and bankroll management tools. We do not accept wagers, hold customer funds, or operate as a sportsbook. Wagering decisions are yours alone, made at sportsbooks where wagering is legal in your jurisdiction.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 21 years old (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is greater) to use paid features. By using the Service you represent and warrant that you meet that requirement.

3. Free access and optional purchases

All iOS app features are available with a free account, supported by advertising. Data availability, account requirements, and model execution limits still apply. Lifetime ad removal is an optional one-time Apple in-app purchase that removes in-app ads for the lifetime of the app. It does not unlock additional features. The purchase screen shows the local price and availability before you pay.

Community memberships purchased through Whop cover the pick feeds described for your chosen tier. Paid Whop memberships are optional, are separate from app ad removal, and are not required to use the app. Review the price and billing terms shown at checkout.

The transition to free app features does not automatically cancel existing Apple or Stripe subscriptions. Manage Apple subscriptions through your Apple ID subscription settings. For legacy Stripe plans, contact support for billing or cancellation help; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Existing annual subscribers retain the option to request a pro-rated refund within 14 days of a renewal charge. Contact support if an eligible existing paid account is missing its lifetime ad-removal grant.

4. No guarantees

Predictions, edges, and recommended bets are statistical estimates. Past performance does not guarantee future results. We make no representation that any bet will be profitable. You acknowledge that sports wagering involves financial risk and that you may lose money.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to scrape the Service in a way that materially burdens our infrastructure, resell access, or use the Service to violate any law (including laws governing sports wagering in your jurisdiction).

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms or for non-payment. We will notify you at the email associated with your account.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising out of the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for lost wagers, missed opportunities, or any indirect or consequential damages.

8. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Significant changes will be sent to the email on your account at least 14 days before they take effect.
